Ingredients

raw mango
cucumber
tomato
onion
green chilli
coriander leaves
red chilli powder
date and tamarind chutney
sugar
lemon
salt

Instructions

1) In a large bowl add juliennes of 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 1/3 cup onion and 1.5 cups raw mango.

2) Add 1 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 3 tbsp date and tamarind chutney, 1 tbsp sugar, juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste and mix well.

3) Now plate it and serve.
