1. Drain 3 cans approx. 420 gms tuna and place in a large bowl.
2. Add 2 large diced avocados, 1 large diced cucumber, 10-12 halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 sliced red onion and 1/4 bunch chopped cilantro.
3. In a small mixing bowl combine 1-2 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste and black pepper to taste. whisk to combine.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Notes
1. Incase cherry tomatoes are not available, you can use 1 large diced tomato instead.
